Embedding LEAN into Cert II Manufacturing Technology units and upgraded teaching resources to include Advanced Manufacturing processes. Food, Wine and Tourism GISP (2015 – 2016) – Facilitated the development of the GISP Teacher Resource Kit and Employer Guide. This is to assist Queensland High School teachers with embedded 21CC transferrable Human Capabilities (21CC) into the core competencies of Cert II tourism, hospitality and commercial cookery. Lesson plans and online resources included. Also included is an Employer Guide to manage expectations during work placement. (copy in folder)
